FRONT END SUPERVISOR
Company Front End Supervisors are responsible for creating an exceptional customer service and employee experience through the management of all front-end company activities to ensure the entrances are operating in a secure, clean, safe, welcoming, and compliant manner.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintaining an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with a primary emphasis on exceptional, fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Managing daily operations of the front end to meet established goals while providing updates and recommendations to the Assistant Manager and Store Manager.
- Providing direction and guidance to team members to ensure Company standards are met and to foster a strong team environment.
- Following and enforcing store policies, security measures, and customer service standards.
- Providing excellent customer service to foster sales growth.
- Fostering a positive shopping experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with the training and coaching of team members at the front end to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Scheduling Team members.
- Responding to customer concerns and addressing them in a manner consistent with store expectations.
- Complying with and enforcing safety and health standards to ensure the safe handling of food items.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene on conveyer belts and front end area in general.
- Identifying, correcting, and reporting unsafe conditions that could cause accidents.
- Identifying and reviewing process improvements with the front end and collaborate with the Store manager.
- Minimizing shrinkage through proper handling of products.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and all regulations.
- Performing additional duties as needed

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines, while maintaining disciplined focus on store/departmental goals and objectives.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with others.
- Knowledge of principles associated with supervision and training with an ability to plan, organize, and supervise staff in work tasks and functional duties.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to deal appropriately with sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills through email, phone, text, and in-person, with both coworkers and customers.
- An ability to work flexible schedules through the day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Basic computer skills and software management.
- Knowledge of and experience complying with safety principles, practices, and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Experience in a management role within the retail industry, including supervisory experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
- The position will spend most time indoors in an office setting sitting for extended periods, operating office equipment and requiring eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity. This position requires lifting and carrying of objects up to 25 pounds with extended periods of standing, walking, and/or sitting.
